Remote Support

By clicking connect to support and downloading our remote support tool you agree to the following:

 

Non-Contract Clients

  1. You hereby give permission for a Wavenet Limited support engineer to connect to and control the workstation which you are currently using.
  2. Wavenet cannot be held liable for any loss of productivity in association with remote support, it is expected that you as the client have chosen the most convenient time for our support team to connect.
  3. You are giving authorisation for Wavenet to charge per hour for any remote support work that is provided to get the issue resolved.
  4. If we are unable to resolve the issue remotely within a reasonable time, we will suggest that an onsite engineer be scheduled to continue diagnostics onsite. Onsite charges per hour will apply.

 

Support Contract Clients

  1. You hereby give permission for a Wavenet Limited support engineer to connect to and control the workstation which you are currently using.
  2. Wavenet cannot be held liable for any loss of productivity in association with remote support, it is expected that you as the client have chosen the most convenient time for our support team to connect.
  3. If we are unable to resolve the issue remotely within a reasonable time, we will suggest that an onsite engineer be scheduled to continue diagnostics onsite. Onsite charges per hour will apply (except for Enhanced IT Support agreements).

 

Cannot find the download?

Once you have clicked on the connect to support button, this will bring up a little tab.

In Chrome. Firefox and Internet Explorer browsers, the ISL Light Client download tab should show up at the bottom of your screen. 

If you can’t find it, then you can access your downloads in Chrome by clicking the button with 3 vertical dots in the right-hand corner and selecting ‘downloads’.

With Firefox you can find your downloads by clicking on the downloads button in the right-hand corner of the screen. It looks like a downwards facing arrow with a line underneath, this will show you your downloads.
