In response to the recent Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, Wavenet has been taking all necessary steps to prepare for the pandemic. The health, wellbeing and safety of our people, our customers and our partners is paramount to us and we are closely monitoring all recommendations from Public Health authorities.
Wavenet already has a high number of people utilising our UC technology to enable remote working. All of our office-based staff are fully equipped with the technology they need to be able to work from home and have now started to remote work in shifts in line with our robust Business Continuity Plan.
We are working closely with our partners to assure continuity of supply across our products and services for our customers and partners. Wavenet remains in strong financial health, we are completely prepared to see this challenging period through while still providing the first-class service and support our customers and partners have come to rely on.
The plan aims to minimise any potential impact on the business through scenario and contingency planning should any part of our business be affected.
The plan has been written to ensure:
• No impact on the customer or partner experience when dealing with Wavenet (business as usual)
• Tailored consultation and product offering for customers impacted by or preparing for, the outbreak
• A safe, healthy office environment for Wavenet’s workforce and visitors
The plan may be adapted at any time upon the release of official government guidance and if we anticipate any disruption that may be service affecting, we will communicate this accordingly.
